Born in Malatya, raised in Izmir, and seasoned in the UK since 2007, Seda brings a cross-cultural perspective to everything she does. With a career spanning multiple industries in marketing and sales, she’s spent years learning how to connect people with the right solutions. When medical tourism began to boom, Seda saw both an opportunity and a problem. She wanted to raise the bar—making it more ethical, patient-centric, and genuinely high quality. Rota Health was born from that vision, combining her professional expertise with a desire to create meaningful value for both Turkey and the UK. When she’s not busy improving Rota Health, Seda can usually be found deep in a book or research about neurodiversity, or happily cooking with her daughter—proving that great ideas (and great meals) are best made with care.
Born in Dubai, shaped by life in Cyprus, and based in England since 2005, Junaid brings a truly international mindset to Rota Health. He currently works full-time as a Digital Director at Unilever offering deep expertise in digital strategy, governance, and long-term sustainability critical foundations for any scalable healthcare startup. A rare talent even among global leaders, Junaid speaks Turkish fluently so well that most Turks wouldn’t question it (and often do a double take). This cultural and linguistic fluency plays a key role in bridging UK and Turkish healthcare stakeholders. Outside the boardroom, Junaid recharges by playing guitar and learning new languages and cycling.
