During this discussion, our Rota Health advisors review your treatment goals—whether it’s dental care, a skin procedure, or a restorative spa experience—and present personalised recommendations from our trusted partner clinics and wellness centres in Turkey. We also explain estimated treatment costs, outline general coverage considerations, and clarify your patient rights and legal protections. Where required, we can introduce you to independent, licensed third-party providers who arrange travel, accommodation, insurance, and related services directly. You are always free to make your own arrangements, and Rota Health does not sell or package travel, insurance, or accommodation services.
2 - Itinerary Planning
Once your treatment plan is confirmed, Rota Health supports you by coordinating the medical aspects of your journey with your chosen clinic. If you prefer to arrange your own flights and accommodation, we simply align your treatment dates and appointment schedule with the clinic to ensure a smooth care pathway. Where a partner clinic offers its own optional travel or accommodation services, these arrangements are made directly between you and the clinic or their licensed providers. Rota Health does not sell, book, or package flights, accommodation, transfers, or insurance. In all cases, our role remains focused on patient concierge support—overseeing clinic communication, treatment scheduling, and continuity of care—so your experience remains clear, organised, and stress-free.

From the moment you arrive in Turkey, Rota Health is here to support you with clear guidance and dedicated patient concierge care. If you have arranged your own flights and accommodation, we will provide you with all the essential information you need in advance—such as your confirmed clinic appointment times, practical local guidance, and a dedicated Rota Health contact for medical coordination. If you choose to work with a partner clinic that offers optional travel or accommodation services, any airport transfers, hotel arrangements, or local logistics are organised directly by the clinic or their licensed providers. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to support communication with the clinic, help coordinate appointments, and ensure your experience is smooth, well-organised, and stress-free—so you can focus fully on your treatment and recovery.
